Personal training is an individual service that enables the client to have specific needs met in a varied program.  Working out in collaboration with a Personal Trainer is one of the most effective ways to reach your goals.


Training programs provided are innovative that deliver variety - taking away the boredom of a normal gym routine!


Nutritional programs don’t need to be complicated. You can leave the food scales in the cupboard! Your Personal Trainer can assist in providing you with a customised program that suits your body type and your lifestyle needs.


The flexibility and individualised sessions can incorporate the following:

Cardio workout whilst learning how to defend yourself at the same time.

Building muscle mass and burning up those extra kilojoules in the same workout.

Pilates, martial arts, weight training and Tai Chi meditation.

Or you can just keep it simple. YOU CHOOSE!


There are many options available and these are designed with you in mind.  Your Personal Trainer provides the framework, the program and assists in motivation.


For some people, small steps are required to achieve goals and for others more intensive programs are key – your Personal Trainer will ensure the correct steps are in place for success.


Clients receive support and education in every aspect of their exercise and diet/lifestyle program.


Getting started requires a client evaluation – setting of goals, short term and long term.  There is an optional fitness assessment to pin point current fitness levels.  Additionally, this evaluation will be used to measure progress.  There will be tangible information for clients to measure efforts and results.


The fitness assessment will provide important data to help create an optimum program.

Data includes:


Client’s predicted maximal heart rate

BMI in comparison to peers

Body fat percentage

Flexibility level

Any physical limitations to be discussed


This information is used to design the safest and most effective training and nutritional program. Together with clients, goals are set and the training begins.
