Corporate Health & Fitness are currently working with the Reserve Bank of Australia.

The Bank is very focused on the health and fitness of their staff and have installed a gymnasium on site.

Corporate Health & Fitness has assisted with the purchase of new exercise

equipment ensuring that the best choice is made for their requirements.

All staff undertake a gym induction session so that they can gain the

greatest benefits from the equipment in the safest possible manner.

We have also been conducting Pilates matt classes for the staff which

have proven to be very popular with participants with classes booked

out since they commenced in 2003.

We are now running outdoor health and fitness classes which are gaining in popularity.

Corporate Health & Fitness was commissioned to organise a temporary gymnasium for a movie set for the filming of Far Scape. This involved the investigation of the needs of the potential users of the facilities, the amount of space that they would need to allocate and the amount of money that would need to be budgeted.

We produced a plan outlining the required equipment that would suit the needs of the participants, the amount of space that would be needed that was in their within their budget requirements.

We organised the delivery and installation of the equipment and supervised the process.

The staff were instructed in the correct method of use of the various pieces of equipment in the gym.
