Corporate Services – Outdoor Cardio Fitness
This class is a combination of:
Resistance training using elastic exercise straps and the participant's own body weight.
Cardiovascular training which would include power walking through to running depending on the fitness of the individual as well as skipping ,step ups and punching mitts with boxing gloves.
Pilates exercises to work on the general core strength
and to add variety to the classes.
